In Oncourse CL, why can't I see my site?
You might not see your course site or project site
displayed as a tab if you have more sites than can be displayed across
the top; click - more - to access
additional course or project sites. If your site is not visible
either as a tab or from the drop-down list, check the following
possible causes.
If you can see some sites but not others
- If you have just added the course, see If I change my class schedule, when will my new courses appear in Oncourse CL?
- Your instructor or the site owner may have unpublished the course site
in order to prepare for the upcoming semester or to make major
changes.
- When customizing your tabs, you may have accidentally hidden one of your sites; see Showing, hiding, and ordering course and project sites.
If you cannot see any tabs for course or project sites
If you log in successfully, but can't see any tabs for course or project sites, you most likely have set your browser to use a reduced text size. To correct the problem, increase your browser's text size until the tabs are visible:
- In Internet Explorer, from the
Viewmenu, clickText Size, and then selectMedium,Larger, orLargest.
- In Firefox 2.0 or earlier, from the
Viewmenu, clickText Size, and then selectIncrease. Depending on how tiny your text size setting is, you may have to repeat this step once or twice.
If you still can't see any tabs, contact your campus Support Center.
