How do I transfer an allocation from one TeraGrid system to another?

To transfer an allocation (or a portion of service units) to another TeraGrid system, the allocation's principal investigator (PI) must submit a request via the Parntership Online Proposal System (POPS). On the Submission Home page, under "Request Action", click Transfer, and then fill out and submit the resulting form.
