At IU, where can I get help with my SafeWord card?

If you need help with your SafeWord card, see the SafeWord Card User Frequently Asked Questions web page. Note that some information in this FAQ is specific to IUPUI.

If the FAQ does not resolve your problem, at Indiana University Bloomington, send email to Security Accounts at  secaccts@indiana.edu .

For problems at IUPUI, contact your departmental SafeWord card coordinator. To find contact information, see the list of coordinators, sorted by department code. If your coordinator is not listed or cannot assist you, send email to the SafeWord Card administrator at  swadmin@iupui.edu .

For further assistance, contact your campus Support Center.
