IU Bloomington

Important:

From Saturday, July 27 through Saturday, August 17, in-person support at the Herman B Wells Library (W138) will be available:

Monday-Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday: Closed

In-person services are available at the Herman B Wells Library (W138) during the following hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
Friday: 8am-4:30pm
Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Office hours: The above hours only reflect CrimsonCard office availability, not the hours that the building is open. For up-to-date information about Wells Library hours and closures, see Libraries & Hours.
Office location: The CrimsonCard offices at IU Bloomington consolidated into one new office in the Herman B Wells Library, room W138. The offices at the Wells Library (W417) and the Indiana Memorial Union (M090) have been closed permanently.
Elevated in-person traffic during New Student Orientation: The IU Bloomington CrimsonCard office will experience elevated in-person traffic this summer due to New Student Orientation. Through July 24, 2024, there may be a queue Tuesday-Friday between the hours of 9am-1pm.

IU Indianapolis

In-person services are available at Campus Center 205 during the following hours:

Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
Saturday-Sunday: Closed

Note:

Office location: As of March 11, 2024, the IU Indianapolis CrimsonCard office is located in Campus Center 205, sharing space with the Indiana Members Credit Union.
Elevated in-person traffic during New Student Orientation: The IU Indianapolis CrimsonCard office will experience elevated in-person traffic this summer due to New Student Orientation. Through August 9, 2024, there may be a queue Tuesday-Friday between the hours of 10am-noon and 2pm-3pm.

IU Columbus

In-person services are available at LC 1507 during the following hours:
